The Villa is on the Island of Lanzarote one of the Canary Islands, it is situated in a quite location of Puerto del Carmen with panoramic views of Fuerteventura and the mountain ranges.
Near the old town & port, approximately 15 minutes walk to the popular Fariones Beach, and close to all amenities, nightlife & restaurants.
The Villa is newley furbished and well equiped. It has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc, and a utility room with a washing machine.
Three twin bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with with bath/shower, lounge/diner newly furbished in pine, with satelitte TV and CD/Cassette player.
The villa has it's own private, heated* swimming pool (fitted with the latest salt cleansing machine), large tiled patio area (non slip surface), barbeque, south facing with sun all day long and excellent views. Off road parking and intercom system and a once weekly maid service.
* Pool not heated in summer months unless requested.
